We shop the local markets each morning for the freshest ingredients. When possible organic varieties are always selected then soaked and cleaned in pure filtered water.

Our collection of dishes and meals some of which are inspired by traditional recipes are prepared daily with freshness and quality being paramount.

We have an eclectic array of delicious dishes in our repertoire with the spotlight on simplicity and flavor.

The menu comes sensibly compact and is frequently changed, you will need to refer to the daily menu to see what is available on the day of your visit.

Of course a selection of wine, beer and spirits are ready to compliment your meal.
